Multifunctional unit for frying, cooking and stewing with one heating zone. Griddle pan with frying pan made completely of chrome nickel steel 1.4404 (AISI 316), frying surface 300x540, 100 mm deep. Fat collecting container approx. 15 litres. Supra contact heating elements for optimal heat distribution and short heating up times. Greater heating capacity ensures even heat distribution and minimal temperature fluctuation when loading with cold food. Frying surface is tightly welded ensuring maximum hygiene. Main switch, thermostat, control lamp, safety temperature thermostat, SUPRA contact heating elements, mains connection, IPX 5. Equipped as standard with interface for connection to an energy optimization system according to DIN 18875 and potential free contact. Optional accessories: 1 Emptying system including GN 1/1 container and splash guard, without door, appliance foot, 200 mm high, pluggable +/– 15 mm height adjustable (4 feet).
