Fat collecting container approx. 6.25 litres. Natural 20; 25 mbar or liquid gas 30; 37; 50 mbar. Frying surface 900x545 mm, 2 zones. DN 15 (½") gas connection required. Atmospheric burner, ignition burner, thermoelectric safeguard per zone, piezoelectric ignition. Optional accessories: splash guard, griddle plate scraper for smooth and ribbed griddle plates, appliance foot, 150 mm high, pluggable +/– 15 mm height adjustable (4 feet).
