Kettle for large volumes with integrated lightweight hygienic (no joints in the food area) stirrer to safe energy, ergonomic hinged lid in stainless steel with gas spring and inspection hatch. The control can be mounted either to the right or to the left of the kettle. Maxi AutoTemp 32, MaxiMix AutoTemp 56 and MaxiMix AutoChef 86 can be combined. Heating directly with 1 bar steam pressure. Time to boil 10-90°C [min]: 38. Cold water: 1.5-6 bar pressure, 35 l/min (hot water is only used when the kettle is equipped with a spray gun or the possibility to use hot water in the kettle).
