White wine: a young dry white wine tastes best of all with the temperature from 9 to 11°C, spicy and flavoured white wine, such as Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc - from 10 to 12°C, semidry wine and wine with residual sugar - from 12 to 14°C. Sparkling wine: an ideal temperature for drinking prosecco, champagne and all other sparkling wines is from 6 to 7°C. Moreover, it is worth paying attention to the etiquette. Red wine: strong, highly alcoholic red wine tastes better between 18 and 19°C, for low red wine and so called everyday red wine it is generally between 14 and 16°C, a young red wine and flowery wine should be served with the temperature of 10 to 12°C, rose wine should be tasted with the temperature of 7 to 12°C.
