The Cutlery Dryer programme means dry, polish and sanitize the cutlery, representing an important innovation in the catering equipment market. The drying way is completely closed and made in stainless steel (but it’s openable). Completely insulated with sound-absorbing panels that save the energy and reduce the noise. NEW Automatic model equipped with electronic board which guides the user in operating the machine. Phases: WARMING – READY – REPLACE CORN COB. It can be placed on top of a table or onto a support. Suitable for middle-sized and big rooms. Easy to use: the wet cutlery pieces (10-12 at a time) are inserted into the upper part of dryer, and then come out automatically from the front of the machine. They slide inside an inspectionable spiral tank made of stainless steel, immersed in hot corn cob. The production amounts to about 5000/6000 cutlery pieces. Recommended for activities with a capacity of up to 250 seats. The corn cob is a plant-based and biodegradable material and can be used for about 120 working days.
