COOPER series: digital control panel with scroll system, lcd screen and integrated led display, 30 storable programs, weekly programmable ignition system (2 daily), upper hook turning system, 2-speed baking ventilation, double glazed door with opening exceeding 180°, stainless steel outer panels, thermal insulation with high-density rockwool panels, steam injector (nebulizer), manual steam damper, hood with steam extractor, “freestyle” economizer for 1/2 – 2/2 bakings in -FS models (patented system: COOPER “FREESTYLE” is the 1 “2-section ELECTRIC rotary oven”: it allows to reduce the consumptions of 50% during ½ loaded baking cycles; the FREESTYLE function can be used to bake 4/5 trays with a 50% energy saving), electric feeding in -E, -FS models, combustion feeding (gas, lpg or gasoil) in -C models, external electric box (placed on top of the oven), delivered in 2/3 modules (= easy assembly 3 hours max). Average consumption per hour: 8 kW/h. FS = freestyle version.
